Each employee within your company needs the legal documentation that allows them to get paid and get started in their position. To make this process go as smoothly as possible, print off multiple copies of these forms in advance, and make “new hire packets” so everything’s ready to go when the paperwork needs to be done. This saves you the time it takes to do all of the printing with each new hire.
